How to Participate
1. Enter an item at KulaPTAStore.com Amazon search box
2. Shop Freely & Complete your purchase
3. Print an extra copy of purchase receipt
4. Place top half of receipt in envelope (please cut off billing and shipping info)
5. Repeat often
6. Share a "Help Us Win" Notice with Friends and Family
7. Return receipts in contest envelopes sent home by JANUARY 10th, 2014

- All Purchases must be verified by PTA through Amazon for qualification
- Receipts listing the item purchased, order number and amount must be enclosed in this envelope and turned in by Jan 10 2014.
- Always enter Amazon via KulaPTAStore.com to ensure proper credit for each shopping trip. All items purchased during that session will be qualified. (Searching each individual item at KulaPTAStore.com is not necessary.)
- Prizes will be awarded based on total verified purchase amounts enclosed in envelope
- Amazon Receipts may be collected from employers, friends and family but all qualifying purchases must have entry through KulaPTAStore.com
- Every participating Kula School family will be entered in the drawing
- Returns will be subtracted from qualifying sales.
